RIMMING 101:
Analingus, or rimming, has grown in practice thanks to people wanting to engage in a sexual behavior that's a little taboo.
Before you get to actually performing analingus on your sexual partner, it’s incredibly important to be very safe and very clean.
1. If you are performing it on a female, be sure to make it the last thing you do in your repertoire. You don't want to transfer any bacteria from the anus to the vagina.
2. Most people are not conditioned to feel completely comfortable having someone's face all up in their butt, so if you were nervous the first time but think you might like it, try it again and try to relax the second time around.
3. To get the best sensation during analingus, there are a few maneuvers to test out, including outer foreplay where your tongue traces over the anus’ rim, gentle blowing, licking, tapping of the tongue, and tongue penetration. Don’t be afraid to test the waters and see what turns your partner on.
